Coffee roasting is fun

We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure freshness and attention to detail. We also sample roast and cup every lot of green coffee we receive to evaluate its quality and potential. Based on our tasting notes, we decide how to roast each coffee to highlight its best attributes.
